Gazette of the Terengganu Water Resources Enactment

The Second Meeting of the Third Term of the 14th State Legislative Assembly approved the Water Resources (Terengganu) Enactment 2020 on 12 August 2020. Based on ESAT 2020, a corporation called the Lembaga Sumber Air Terengganu (LAUT) was established.

On 1 December 2020, the Water Resources (Terengganu) Enactment 2020 (ESAT 2020) was gazetted and LAUT began operating officially on 01 December 2020 led by YB Dato’ Mohd Azmi Mohammad Daham and assisted by the Deputy Director of LAUT, Puan Safura Mad Juhari and several other staff for the sustainable management of water resources in the State of Terengganu.
